I cannot read my emails or move the messages to another folder. The
email shows up as received but the body of the message is blank.
Anyone know the fix to this problem? I am using Outlook email.

While it may not apply, try this: Open a command line window and enter
REGSVR32 INETCOMM.DLL

About 3 days ago I started having the same problem. I can receive the same message on another computer/email account, and it has text in the body, but when I receive it into my Outlook program, the body is blank. Furthermore, if I try to reply or forward the email to ask the sender to resend it, the cursor will move across the page, but it places no letters on the page.

So where do I open a command line to enter the command you listed above? Is
this action going to stop the body from disappearing? I appreciate any help
you can offer, because these are important business emails that are showing
up blank. Thanks!

I just remembered that they are not actually blank. They will have a
hyperlink to a webpage, or an email address link that might have been
referenced in the original email. These links are spread out down the page.
Strange!
