How in, Outlook 2003/Exchange, can you make default setting for a meeting,
appointment or event be Busy. The default seems to be Free, which causes us
to overbook resources.

Is this for Resource mailboxes or all mailboxes?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
