Print Parameters
Some of them...
You can select the "sending" worksheet and then ctrl-click on the others that should share the print settings. This groups the sheets. Then use File|page setup and make the changes that are allowed. Then when you're done, ungroup the sheets by right clicking on any of the selected sheets and choosing Ungroup Sheets. If you forget to do this, then you may ruin your worksheets. Almost any change you make to a sheet in a group gets made in the other sheets in that group. Print Parameters
Do you need to duplicate the settings during 'run time' or just get them all
set up the same way once and be done with it? If you just need to get them set up once or change them at the same time, you can select multiple sheets and then apply the Page Setup settings which will affect all selected sheets. About the only things that can't be set to all selected sheets are the Print Area and rows/columns to repeat. Two ways to select multiple sheets: Select a sheet, then while holding the [Shift] key, click another sheet name; all sheets from the first to the the last one selected and all in between them will be selected. This is good when all of the sheets you need to work with are arranged one after the other. You can also select several sheets that are scattered throughout the workbook by selecting one and then holding the [Ctrl] key while selecting each of the others. After you have made the setting changes be sure and "ungroup" the selected sheets because any changes you make on the sheets while they are grouped will be applied to all selected. To cancel a selection of multiple worksheets in a workbook, click any unselected worksheet. If no unselected sheet is visible, right-click the tab of a selected sheet, and then click Ungroup Sheets on the shortcut menu.
