Default O0561401.CAB could not be found

I have a problem here...

with no explanation, since yesterday, i get the message I attach... but when
I insert my instalation CD.. it appears, and appears, and appears...
could anybody help me, pls???

doesn't work....

now it asks for SKU011.CAB...

Can you spell VIRUS
You need an up to date anti-virus software program
Also install an anti=spyware app. (SpyBot) and see what it finds.
