"Markup" Tool is grayed out
G'morning.
Trying to use the MarkUp feature, but the toolk is grayed out, both on the View menu and on the Review Toolbar. Any suggestions? thanks. -- JP Cummings

Hmmm. Why comments? I thought it was analogous to "Track Changes" in Word.
Guess not.
