Default Error Message when trying to save in design mode for forms

In design mode, I'm trying to add a button on a form which pulls information
from two tables. When I hit the save button, a window appears - "Microsoft
Office Access" it is creating an error report and wants to send it. The
program will not allow me to save the new button. The dBase is compressed and
repaired but it does not fix the problem. Does someone out there have a
solution to my problem?
