Word 2007 Tables
I want to find out the reason/purpose of a symbol in tables. If you insert
a table, say three rows, and engage "Show All" you will notice a symbol which looks like a small circle with a cross through it. This symbol is on everyline at the beginning and at the end of the rows. Can someone pleeeeeese provide some answers for me. Thanks. -- jadake1

The cell or row formatting is stored with that character, in the same way that paragraph formatting is stored with the paragraph mark.
