"Time and Billing" database template

I cannot seem to get the "Time and Billing" database to work properly. I
need to use it as an electronic time card for employees. The data appears to
identify itself with multiple employees. When an employee pulls up thier
name, there are hours already listed that another employee had entered. Does
anyone use this template in this manner or am I trying to make it do
something it wasn't designed to do? The Tables and Fields all make sense for
this application.
