Access wont load
Version is '97. It's giving me an 'out of memory' message
at boot and then when you close that message another one pops up saying to close some applications. Saw the article on MS help that states to up the page file/virtual memory. Did that to max and it still won't work. Running this on a brand new Dell laptop with a Pentium M 1.7ghz and 1gb of RAM. I'm thinking this should suffice, no? |

Access 97 gets confused and won't work if you have 1 GB or more of RAM.
After all, A97 was introduced when the norm was 32/64 MB of RAM. See the Microsoft KB article: http://support.microsoft.com/?id=161255 -- HTH Van T. Dinh MVP (Access) "Justin" wrote in message ...
