Default Pop up function ???

I am creating an excel document that several people will
use. I am using a pivot table in one of the sheets and I
would like to have a pop up or a callout that will flash
or something when somebody opens that specific sheet so
they do NOT forget to refresh the Pivot table.

Any clues on how to do that? Is it even possible?

Thanks bunches!

You have an option to select refresh on open (right click the table, select
table options
and refresh on open}
