Default Table Design

I have two tables. The first contains company names, addresses, phone and
fax numbers. The second table contains peoples names, cell phone numbers and
emails. On the Contact form where you would enter a new person, I would like
to have a drop down box listing all the companies in the companies table. I
can't seem to get a lookup to work that lists the values in the first column
of the companies table. Please Help!! Thanks in advance.

Create a query to pull the data, use the query as source for the drop down box.
