Default 2003: New Contact: Change default File As to: Company (First Last)

Happy Friday everyone.

I need to find a way to add or change the File As options when creating a
new contact in Outlook 2003. The end result I'm looking for is: Company
(FirstName LastName). I know outlook will do this in reverse: Company
(LastName FirstName) but this is not what I'm looking for.

I've spent hours searching with Google, and people have asked this for
years, but I have not seen a single answer out there yet. A few people
recommended buying some German application that assists with Outlook
contacts, but that is not an option as I need this for work.

Anyone have a clue? I am moderately competent with computers, so could
handle customizing Outlook if someone got me pointed in the right direction.

Thanks!

The reason you fond no answers is that there are none. The only options for
the File As field for new Contacts are the ones built into Outlook. To
change the File As field after the Contact is created requires running code:

See http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/fileas.asp

If you want this to occur in real-time (any time the contact's name /
company is changed) - you'll need to trigger code similar to the above
whenever the contact item is saved. Just a matter of writing/implementing
some VBA code on each of the machines where this needs to be applied. Either
of Sue Mosher's books - Microsoft Outlook Programming or Microsoft Outlook
2007 Programming would be a really good resource for you (see
http://www.outlookcode.com - another resource you may find very helpful)
