Default Keep Contact window open; priority over Word

Is there a way I can set a priority so the Contact window will stay open over
a Word window? What I am trying to do is copy/paste, and type, information
from a Contact window into a Word document. It would be helpful for the
Contact window to remain open so I do not have to switch between windows
while I work. If you know of a trick that also works for Notes, that would be
helpful as well. Thank you!

There may be a registry tweak that can change the way mouse focus works in
Windows that will allow you to have focus in a window that's underneath
another, but it has nothing to do with Outlook. The WIndows paradigm is that
the focus window will always be on top and you can enter things only in the
window with focus. Hence, within doing something special in Windows, you
cannot have a non-focus window stay on top. Outlook sure doesn't have any
such settings.
