Default Changing the sensitivity of contacts in Outlook

In Outlook 2003, is there a way to globally change all contacts that are
marked private to normal sensitivity, rather than having to edit each contact
individually?

yes - use the group by box to group them by the field "Private" then drag
them from the private group to the not private group.
