Hello, I have a user who complains that she is not receiving e-mails from
her friend Jane. After troubleshooting the problem we discovered that Jane
was replying to an old e-mail address. I have been tasked to find a solution
that will allow a user to send an e-mail to all of her contacts with a link
or something very simple that will update her contact info in there address
books. I suggested a V-Card but they didnt like that idea. Any thoughts or
ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You
John

Add their Vcard to their signature and then all their recipients will have
up to date data. You can't force recipients to update their database, just
provide them with the data.
