Default Error that a value is needed in a related table that isn't related

I previously had linked tblVehicle_Owner with tbl_Claim as a one-to-many w/
referencial integrity but deleted the relationship and tblVehicle_Owner from
Relationships altogether. I since created a form using tblClaim and get an
error upon entering info in the tblClaim fields that I must enter info in
related table tblVehicle_Owner. How is this possible? This is a new db that
I just started. There are no other forms or and no queries in my db. Might
there be a hidden connection somewhere?
