Default new notation

We have about 100 process maps done in certain notiation and need to change
all the 100 process maps into a different notation. eg. what previously was
displayed as circle now needs to be a square. The information within the
objects need to be the same. Can anybody suggest a solution other than
manually adjust all the 100 maps one by one?

Thank you

sorry for the late reply

if you have create a shape from circle-like to square-like than you copy
the square to the clipboard
you then open the documentsstencil from file/shapes/show document stencil
you rightclick the circle shape and select 'edit mastershape'
you then enter the master window
delete the present shape and paste the shape from the clipboard
close the master window
and select YES when asked
after this all the instances are altered in one go all over the document
