Setting Follow Up Reminders should be more intuitive
Rather than simply change colors when a follow up item is due it might be a
good idea to have them included on your reminder list, regardless of the folder that they are located in. I believe that the reminder only works if the item is in your inbox. Perhaps create an option to also create a task, on the task list, associated w/ the item (my current process) or incorporate all folders in the event reminder. Just an idea...thanks gang. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. True reminders work only in the default folders, but the Follow Up search folder can help, as can third party tools like http://www.slovaktech.com/remindermanager.htm -- Brian Tillman |
