Default Add a "working remotely" indicator for Outlook calendar

Given the growing number of people who are working from home and/or at remote
locations, it would be great to be able to set a "working remotely" status in
Outlook calendar so that when people look at your calendar for availability,
you show up as available though working remotely. Right now if you block the
day (busy or out of office), meeting organizers don't know if a person is
availabe or not when out of office.

For that matter, perhaps add an additional status indicator that allows a
person to block a section of time (e.g. a day or week) but indicate that they
are available for urgent meetings. That way, an organizer can choose another
day if the meeting request is not urgent
