Default "Find a Contact" doesn't work

When I search for a contact, for example "Cindy", can't
find her even though I know the contact exists. This has
been happening for a while and is frustrating when I need
to find a contact quickly.

You provided no information. Post your Outlook version, how your Outlook
Address Book is configured, and the method you are using for searching.
