Default "Another program accessing your address book" message -- the saga continues

OK...so, after much effort in scouring every M$ newsgroup I could find about
Outlook and completing every action short of formatting and reinstalling
Windows, I am still getting the dreaded popup from Outlook. If I don't use
ClickYes, I have to click 'yes' 15 times! I have 14 POP accounts that are
checked by Outlook, so I'm assuming it has something to do with that;
however, if I happen to be in the middle of typing an email, a message or
anything else, the popup steals focus and puts it back at random within the
message I'm typing. This is especially frustrating because I'm not a
"watcher", and I type very quickly, so I have 3-4 sentences typed out before
I see the underlines from Outlook telling me that something is amiss.
ANNOYING!

Doesn't anyone have a fix for this garbage yet? For the record, I have shut
down every single program, uninstalled everything, removed all COM add-ins,
all registry keys, and all other "fixes" outlined in this and other
newsgroups, but to no avail. And what's worse is, it's getting to be more
often. It's causing IE to lock up now if I'm in the middle of loading a
page, and the only way out is the 3 finger salute. Is there some way to
uninstall SP3 without uninstalling Office and reinstalling? I have all of my
emails and settings just the way I want them, and I don't want to spend
another 2-3 weeks getting them back.

Any help ANYONE can offer would be greatly appreciated. If you would rather
contact me using email, you can find me at michelob[AT]gmail.com. Thank you.

Outlook 2002 SP3 adds additional properties to the list of those that are
affected by the security features. As a result, one of your add-ins needs
updated to the latest version - antispam add-ins are a common cause
although others are affected by the changes as well. Many add-ins were
updated following the release of Outlook 2003 and should work with SP3, if
not you'll need to contact the vendor for a newer version.

I have checked the aforementioned URL many times over, and done every single
'fix' that they outline--yet the problem persists! My biggest question is,
why, even when Outlook is shut down, does the popup continue? Even after I
restart my computer and don't open Outlook, within minutes, the popup shows.
I don't know of any fixes here, and my patience has reached its end! HELP!
:-(

Default I FOUND THE PROBLEM!!

OK...after going thru and scouring the entire computer, I figured out the
problem. I have a program called Rainlender installed. It is a small
calendar that sits on my desktop. The part that's causing the problem is
that it checks my Outlook calendar to highlight the dates that I have
something scheduled for. This is a switchable option, but I just thought the
MVPs should know, just in case there's another know-it-all like myself who
thinks they've got a unique problem.

Thanks to the MVPs for their help, as well as others who tried! Now you'll
know for further information!

I'm not sure what you mean by "fix". You cannot stop the security prompt without using some sort of extra utility. There is no setting within Outlook that will make it go away.
