What is the "Contacts..." button for inside of each Outlook 2003 Contact
listing?

To link individual items to a specific related contact or contacts. This
allows you to look up the contact from the item -- say, if you need to get
the phone number from a contact in order to complete a task in your Tasks
list. You can also do the reverse -- view all related items from the
contact's Activities page.
