Importing from Excel
I have been successful in importing contacts from an Excel file (Version 2002 for both Excel and Outlook), but I have one problem. My data file contains three address field sets: Home, Work & Mailing (mailing is either home or work depending on a choice by the person) and I cannot figure out how to get Outlook to not default to using Work as the mailing address. The custom map fields box does not include the mailing address field set, so I cannot set it that way.
Any suggestions? |
