How do I send an email to a group of emails in the same category?

Default How do I send an email to a group of emails in the same category?

In my office, we have been organizing our Outlook contacts by category. Now
we would like to send an email to a specific category. Do i have to go back
to step one and organize all those email addresses into distribution lists?
Or is there a way to directly link my categories with distribution
capabilities?

Just use the "By category" view of your Contacts.
Click the Category header.
Actions New Message to Contact.
