Feature Not Installed
I gave access to a database I built to another user. They get an error that
says "You tried to perform and operation or function that is not installed in this version of MS Access." Is there anyway to find out what feature or function the user doesn't have? Please advise. He is running MS Access 2007 Enterprise. I am running MS Access 2003. -- Thank you for your help and support |

Feature Not Installed
Depending on how you have handled errors in your application/database, the
error message might also provide some clues as to where/when this happened. Another possibility is that the other user (or you, at his/her PC) could launch the application using the Shift key to bypass normal startup functions, then open any code module and attempt to re-compile. This may trigger a more informative error message. Good luck! Regards Jeff Boyce Microsoft Office/Access MVP "bbal20" wrote in message news I gave access to a database I built to another user.
