Default Private Email Issue

I want to send an email that is private so when a recepiant hits "Reply TO All" it DOES NOT go to everyone on the list, only the sender. I want to be able to send an e-newsletter and have it private so that responses to not come back to everyone. We have tried putting everyone in the BCC section but they STILL get emails when Reply to All is hit.

Simply not true. It's impossible for the recipients to know who the other
recipients are because the Bcc field is not transmitted in the message. Prove
it by supplying links to screen shots.
