E'Mail "To" Distribution List
Configuration:
Windows 7 Outlook 2007 When creating an E'Mail and selecting the "To", the contacts list is not displayed. I have attempted to use the properties tool to select the contacts list but it does not provide any options. Anyone had any luck? Dave Coe |

E'Mail "To" Distribution List
Brian:
Thank you for the reply. I followed your guide but the "Show this folder as an e-mail address book" is "grayed" and will not let me select it. The "Namd of the address book:" shows "Contacts". Any thoughts? Dave Coe "Brian Tillman [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: "Dave Coe" Dave wrote in message ... Click the Outlook Address Book tab. Examine the checkbox labeled "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book". Is it checked? It should be. Check it and restart Outlook. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] . |

Sounds like your mail profile has been damaged, perhaps when you transferred you data to the new PC. You'll need to create a new mail profile (not copy the existing one) in order to fix that. Outlook 2007 doesn't allow you to remove and re-add the Outlook Address Book service, unfortunately. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
