Default Linking and Sorting email

I have a customer information database that has a "calls" subform where
people can keep track of calls with clients. I would like to have a similar
form that tracks emails between clients.

Does anybody know of a way to link outlook to access and have emails
automatically sort based on the email address of the sender or recipient?
Esentially I would like this subform to self populate for each client record
as emails are sent back and forth between that client.

If this is possible, is it possible to have the sort look for more than one
email address?
