I have several versions of Outlook running. When a user makes a vcard
in Outlook 2000 and sends it to a user using Outlook 2003, the user of
Outlook 2003 cannot see notes the previous user made. Has any had
the same problem?

It's a bug in Outlook 2003's vCard implementation.
