Default Business Contact Manager - How to ienable?!

Hello,

I just purchased Office 2003 Small Business and want to
use the Business contact Manager that is supposed to come
with it but I cannot find it anywhere within Outlook; I
believe it's not installed. I have installed Office
selecting the Complete Install option and have even rerun
the installation again to reselect all options but
NOWHERE do I see anything to do with Business Contact
Manager. Can someone let me know how to enable this
feature - it's driving me nuts!

Thanks,

BCM should be on a separate CD in your Office 2003 Small Business Edition
retail package.
