consolidating visio files
Is there a simple solution that would allow me to consolidate a series of
Visio files (some of which have multiple pages) into a single file or document - either VSD, PPT, DOC? |

Microsoft Binder doesn't work in XP, so that's out.
If you have nothing selected on a Visio page, then there's an Edit Copy Drawing option in Visio 2003. Still a bit of work if you have a lot of docs. If you want to go to Word, try copying the Visio drawing, then pasting with Edit Paste Special Windows Metafile. Your drawings will be severed from Visio, but the file will probably be smaller and faster. I found these guys' product, that has a merge function: http://www.amazingvisio.com/visio_Index.htm -- Hope this helps, Chris Roth Visio MVP "mikey" wrote in message ...
