How do you change Access 2007 so the users cannot get into the backend?
Currently, I only want them to be able to see the forms and reports. The
database opens into a switchboard.

Hi Rose,
you can turn off the nav pane by clicking the Office Button, down the botton
of the dialog that opens choose Access Options. Set the options for nav pane
and default menus and shortcut menus to keep users out of the backend.
