Default how do I insert a word document into a report

I would like to insert a Word document - minutes of meetings - into a report
in Access 2003. I created a table with a field type OLE object .In the report
the text box for this field I changed the properties to allow it to grow;
however the text box does not grow to the size of the Word document. When I
print it I can only see the text that fits into the size of the text box (the
bigger, the more text).
Any suggestions, Please?
