I am at my wits end!!--Relationships must be wrong-Forms/Reports don't work
I have tried in vain and am running out of patience and time. Please
assist. I have many tables (too many). Main tables are -- customers orders order detail shipto billto issuing Office dealer paymentMethod Product My problem must be with relationship of tables. I have forms and reports that do work, but when I try to get any query, form or report regarding the dealer my queries show only header info, and of course forms and reports show no info. In query design mode, I can add many fields from different tables and get correct info; i.e. -- customer, orders, order details. But when I add the dealer table, I get only header info. Please tell me how and what I should be looking at. Many thanks for your assistance. JR |

In a query where you use the Dealer table, double click on the join line
from the Dealer table to the opther table. In the dialog chabge the join to 2 or 3; the one that says include all records from your other table and only the matching records from the dealer table. -- PC Datasheet Your Resource For Help With Access, Excel And Word Applications www.pcdatasheet.com "jwr" wrote in message ...
