Default command button for hyperlink

I would like to use a command button on a form that will open the hyperlink
that is stored in a hyperlink field in the forms' underlying table. I have
checked out the follow method in VB and it seems to be right for this, but
I'm not sure how to write the procedure. Can anyone help?
