Default All number inputs are divided by 100 ?

All number inputs are automatically divided by 100 (example: input in cell
12 result: 0.12 in cell)?!

Tools|options|edit tab|uncheck that fixed decimal places box

Pull-down:

Tools Optioms Edit and clear the fixed decimal check box.
