Default 2 pages next to eachother

I am currently designing an amateur brochure using MS Word which will then
be exported to a .pdf file.

I am viewing my pages on 50% so I can see the full page. Pages 1-3, I want
to be underneath eachother, however from then on, I want the pages to appear
next to each other, so page 4-5 sitting next to eachother, 6-7 etc...

This is so, when I export them to .pdf, if printed out, they will print out
just in a brochure format.

Any ideas?
