Default Text style/size change after setting them - visio 2007

Thank you in advance for any and all help. I was helping my wife with an org
chart last night and I would double click in the position/manager box to type
and I set the font to Times new Roman at 12 pt. After I clicked out Visio
reset the style and size to Arial 10. It did this even if I would save it.
I tried selecting all of the positions and setting the text style and size
globally but still it would change it back once I changed focus.
