Default Are there telecommunications (PBX) shapes available ?

Trying to set up an IVR flow showing the call from the original person
dialing through the various transfer points. Would like to use telephone,
PBX, etc. shapes.

Thanks; this was helpful but I am looking for either something that has
either more generic telecom shapes to represent things like the LEC Central
Office, or, specific to our Nortel systems. But, this was interesting and
I've contacted my Nortel rep asking if they have something like these Avaya
shapes.

Try http://products.nortel.com/go/visioicon_index.jsp

I have done a few IVR (Interactive Voice Response(or automated answering
systems )) flow charts and most of the features are standard flowchart
shapes.

When I created IVR (Interactive Voice Response) flowcharts, I used basic
flowchart shapes, but added an extra shape for a CSA (Customer service
agent, basically an operator). You can find similar shapes in the work flow
stencils.
