Default How do I change sheet notation from R1C1 style to A1 style in XL 2

Since the configuration system is different in Excel 2007 from previous
versions, I am unable to determine how to change the sheet notation from the
R1C1 style (default) to the A1 style (preferred). Thanks in advance.
