Default Form not displaying records

Hi. I have a form that is opening blank in form view. All my objects are on
the form in design view. I have checked the Allow Additions property which
is Yes and checked the recordset is updateable, which it is. I can see the
record when I change to Datasheet view.

Can anyone advise how I get my form to display properly? It seems quite a
simple task but I just cant figure it out!!

Cheers,
Steve.
