Default 2 pg newsltr template turns into 3 pg pdf

My MS Word newsletter template appears to be two pages in every view. When I
use File Save a PDF, however, I get a three page doc. with the header block
alone on the first page.

How do I resolve this issue?

Hi gsmichaels,

Perhaps you should use a different program to save your Word files as pdf -
for this is not a standard option of Word.
Try for example
http://www.primopdf.com/

Good luck,
