Hidden Table

I have 2 tables in my Access 2000 database which I gave
a "Hidden" attribute so taht users would not tample with
them. Now, I want to edit these tables, but I can't seem
to make these hidden tables visible. What to do?

Go to Tools/Options then select "hidden objects" on the View tab.

This will let you see hidden objects. This setting applies to your computer
only, so you can leave it like that if you wish. Other users may or may not
be able to see hidden objects depending on thier settings.

Note: Hiding a table does not prevent them from getting to it.

Hi,
Do you know how I can hide objects from all users? I want users to use my forms to enter/modify/delete data, and not go directly to the tables.
The reason I need to do this, is that I have to tract the InsertDate,insertby,modifiedDate,modifiedBy.

Split your database into a front end (all your forms,
queries, reports, etc) and a backend (all your tables).
This way your users cannot see or directly access any of
the tables without being able to get into the backend db.

There should be info in the F1-help on splitting a db
and/or front/back end db.
