Default Générer un mot de passe dans le champ d'une table?

Comment générer un mot de passe dans tous les enregistements du champ d'une
table?

Exemple: tblÉtudiant avec les champs [NomFamille], [Prénom], [Rue], etc.

Est-il possible de le générer ŕ partir du nom de famille de l'usager?
