Sure. But you must do it for ALL Windows/Office applications.
Right-click on the Windows Desktop.
Select Properties + Appearance + Advanced
Select Message Box in the Item combo box.
Set your Font and Size and click OK and apply.

If you're not able/willing to change all other application message
boxes, you can create your own unbound form to act as a message box.

Well,
You can create a pop up form dispalying your message (any font style and
size). Also on this popup form you can add some buttons i.e. OK and Cancel,
which each button will run some code, eg. OK - open another form, Cancel -
close current form etc.

You can use my demo MsgBox creator which also allows changing images,
colors, and running a function. It is really an Access form and a standard
module function that you can import into your application.:
