Default How to reactivate the feature to check for incomplete addresses?

I wasn't very clear on my first message, sorry.

So I'm using Outlook 2007 and it used to question me after creating a
contact's *mailing* address if it appeared to be incomplete before it would
save the contact info. The dialogue box had a checkbox if I wanted to see it
again, which I accidentally deselected. How do I get this option back? I
have checked all the tools and options and I can't find it. This doesn't have
anything to do with the auto complete of *email* addresses.
Thank you.

Did you read the many answers you've already received?
Suggest doing so.

I replied to your original thread with the answer to that.

If you can't find it, here is the short version:
New contact
