"New Letter to Contact" in Office
The ability to set up a new letter to a contact with one keystroke was a key
feature of Office 2002. I made the mistake of installing 2007, which I may remove. However, does anyone know of a macro or other workaround to replace this function? I never used the Outlook journal feature, but does that do the same thing? |

That feature was removed intentionally because it had become so
dysfunctional. It was not replaced with anything. Apparently, euthanasia was preferred over an attempt to cure. Most of us are just using the Insert Address function in Word to retain about 90% of what you could do with the New Letter Wizard. It's rather hard to find, but you can add it to the QAT by looking in the All commands section. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Zach" wrote in message ...
