Why will one of my contact lists not pull up names for mail merge.
I have 4 contact lists in Outlook 2003. Three pull up fine doing a mail
merge. One pulls up blank spaces. Why can't I get that one to do a mail merge? |

To start the merge from Outlook, select the names you want to merge, then
choose Tools | Mail Merge, answer the questions on the dialog and take it from there. I think you'll find it a much more reliable procedure. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Bill94131" wrote in message ...
