Where can I find background picture used in forms in Nortwind 2007

I want to use the same background picture for my own forms like the one used
in the Northwind database. The one with fancy red like colour in the forms
header. I see that the Picture property for the form is (picture), but where
could this picture be found? Any help appreciated.

I believe that is embedded. Your best bet is to use a screen capture program
like SnagIt. There are also free screen capture programs available.
