Default Access 2003 Text Box

I have a access 2003 database that when a user SOMETIMES enters information
clicks out goes back in thee data is gone. This also happens when printing.
If text is entered and it holds SOMETIMES when printing the text does not
print in the text box. This is sporatic. Any thoughts on what might be cause
this. Any ideas would greatly be appreciated.

Default Access 2003 Text Box

Never have seen this happen and I have many aps in regular use. I have seen,
however, were a form is set to data entry and the users come back in and only
see the work session records and think they have lost records from past work
sessions. Look in the tables directly and see if they are there.
